Hello, my name is Daniel Hall, the proud owner and founder of Anchor Ridge Billing. My entrepreneurial journey began after a decade of working in the aerospace industry. In the midst of the global pandemic, I realized it was time for a change. My wife, Amanda, a dedicated therapist, had a private practice that was thriving. However, we encountered challenges with revenue loss and the need for an additional helping hand to manage the office.
Driven by my desire to support my wife and her practice, I made a bold decision. I took on the role of an unpaid intern, despite having no prior knowledge of medical billing or office management. With unwavering determination, I enrolled back in school while simultaneously learning medical coding, billing, credentialing, revenue cycle management, and medical office management on the job. It was a demanding season, but we pushed on fueled by our passion and commitment to help families heal.
As I honed my skills and knowledge, a phrase emerged within our circle: "Everyone needs a Daniel." Amanda would often tell her colleagues, "Daniel can do that" or "Daniel can help with that too." Before long, it became a common refrain among her network: "Everyone needs a Daniel, but they can't have mine."
Inspired by this recognition of my abilities, I began assisting other practitioners with their billing and credentialing challenges. It was during this time that the idea for Anchor Ridge Billing took shape. Amanda and I realized that there was a genuine need for a reliable and efficient medical billing service. With her encouragement, and my desire to move on from being an “unpaid intern” We decided to transform our personal solution into a professional venture.
And so, "Everyone needs a Daniel, and they can borrow mine for a small fee" became our mantra. We launched Anchor Ridge Billing, aiming to provide top-notch medical billing services to practitioners and mental health providers. Our mission is to alleviate the administrative burden, allowing our clients to focus on what matters most - helping others by providing exceptional client care.
Today, Anchor Ridge Billing stands as a testament to my journey, from aerospace to medical billing.
